David Gilman is currently a UX Manager at Google where he leads user design and research for internal enterprise tools. Recognizing the need to concentrate on people as much as technology, in 2020 he shifted his focus to development and growth. A Hudson Certified Coach, David practices developmental coaching and advises on team dynamics.
What is Coaching?
Developmental coaching is a process of discovery and growth between Coach and Client as equals. As a Coach, David knows his Client is resourceful and capable - but requires inquiry and purposeful conversation to reach their goals. David doesn’t have all the answers. What David has is the ability to guide his clients to the answers by unblocking them from themselves.
